Early intervention provides parents and caregivers with the opportunity to expand their knowledge and support their child's growth and development.

Our early intervention services include:

  • Pre- and postnatal visiting in the hospital and home, free of charge
  • Early Intervention Parent Support and Information groups for 0-6 years olds, free of charge
  • Pre-kindergarten support to facilitate a successful transition to preschool or childcare
  • Support to navigate the NDIS and provide you with information on how to get your child on an NDIS plan
  • Key worker consultant support through your NDIS plan to help you understand your child's plan and get started with services.

Our services can be funded through the National Disability Insurance Scheme (NDIS)
